What began as one-to-one guidance for friends and clients has grown into a consultancy grounded in clear thinking, responsible planning and practical delivery. Everything we do is shaped by real numbers, real risks and real-life responsibilities. No hype. No pressure. Just clarity, frameworks and support that help people make informed decisions at their own pace.

Ibrahim Ojikutu — Accountant, Property Consultant & Founder of ECORIS Consulting Ltd
Ibrahim’s career began in accounting, where he developed a strong foundation in financial
management, compliance and operational structure. Over time, he found himself helping individuals
and families make sense of the property world — from understanding SPVs and tax considerations
to reviewing potential opportunities and building clear, step-by-step plans.
Clients describe him as calm, methodical and honest — someone who explains things plainly,
documents everything clearly, and never rushes people into decisions. His approach combines
analytical thinking with practical, hands-on support, giving clients the confidence to move
from uncertainty to clarity.
Ibrahim founded ECORIS to give people a structured path into property: one based on education,
realistic planning and responsible portfolio growth. The mission is not just to help people buy assets,
but to help them understand them — and to build systems they can manage for years to come.
